1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Guardian Operations, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
Until our security guard license is approved by the state, Guardian Operations, LLC will operate strictly as a security consulting and equipment brokering firm. Our current services include:

Security Equipment Brokerage – Leasing and selling security robots and related technology through manufacturer partnerships.

Security Consulting – Providing expert advice on residential and commercial security, including neighborhood watch establishment and best practices.

Affiliate Equipment Sales – Recommending and selling home security equipment through third-party providers.
3. No Security Guard or Law Enforcement Services
At this time, Guardian Operations, LLC does not provide licensed security guard services or law enforcement activities. Our role is strictly advisory and technological in nature.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and relevant information to allow for effective consulting or equipment recommendations.

Clients are responsible for following all local, state, and federal laws regarding security measures and equipment usage.

Guardian Operations is not responsible for how clients implement security recommendations or use purchased/leased equipment.
5. Payment Terms

Payment for consulting services and equipment brokerage is due per the terms outlined in invoices or service agreements.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

Refund policies vary based on individual agreements with equipment providers. Consulting services are non-refundable once rendered.
6. Liability and Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Crime Prevention: Our consulting services and equipment recommendations are intended to reduce risk but do not guarantee the prevention of crime, damage, or loss.

No Liability for Third-Party Equipment or Services: We are not responsible for the functionality, maintenance, or failures of security equipment sold through affiliate partnerships. Clients must address any issues directly with the manufacturer or provider.

No Emergency Response: We are not an emergency service provider. In case of an emergency, clients must contact law enforcement or emergency services.
7. Equipment Brokerage Terms

Equipment lease or purchase agreements are between the Client and the manufacturer/provider.

Guardian Operations does not offer warranties or guarantees on security robots or other equipment.

Clients must comply with all usage terms set by the manufacturer.
8. Confidentiality

Any sensitive client information shared during consultations will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before legal action.
10. Amendments
Guardian Operations, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
